François-André Vincent (1746-1816) 'An artist between Fragonard and David'

February 8th - May 12th 2014

The rich and multiple art of François-André Vincent is a reflection of the period of artistic and political transition which he lived through. The exhibition helps read the clues to discover his influences: from Rococo references inspired by Fragonard to David's Neoclassicism and up until Romanticism.
